I was fixing some backing vocals the other night using automatic punch and could hear a split second of my recorded audio at the very end of the recorded regions. It's the same as the glitch that was part of using the Apogee Jam in an early version of Auria. It was easy enough for me to slice and delete them, but that could be an issue in a tighter punch situation.
I'm using the latest version of Auria, a Focusrite 2i2, all background apps closed, plenty of CPU and memory, no AudioBus, on an iPad 2. I never noticed it before and it may have been due to a long session. I haven't tracked anything with the 2i2 since, but I thought I'd report in anyway.
Thanks.

Re: Glitch audio at the end of automatic punches
I also had this issue several times and I use IRig Mic.
It is not consistent. It only happens from time to time.

There's a related bugfix in the next update, 1.07. You may want to see if that fixes it for you.
