Hey Rim,
In addition to the 'Multiple Undo' option, is there any chance of adding a much needed 'Save Changes', 'Don't Save Changes', 'Cancel' option window when closing a Session?
Thanks!
Simple 'Save Changes' Option Window?
Re: Simple 'Save Changes' Option Window?
Apple rules don't allow this, because there's no concept of "saving" in iOS. Everything saves automatically, and they don't want the user thinking about having to save anything. This is why you can't "close" a project in the traditional way in Auria either. You just open a new one. Auria saves your project every time you touch a control.

That's what I thought...
Then I opened up one of the Demos in the iOS app 'ReBirth', made some simple parameter changes. Then when I went to close the session... An alert box popped up, asking me if I wanted to "Save", etc... these changes (See Pic).
I guess Propellerhead figured out a way!
Thanks!

That's a lot of undo data to keep in memory I would think.
You can open a project as "read only" though.
Isn't this what snapshots are for anyway?

Not necessarily lots of undo data. The program could save a version of itself when you 1st open the app and offer you a chance to revert to it when exiting.martygras wrote:That's a lot of undo data to keep in memory I would think.

Lots of apps violate Apple's rules. I like to air on the side of caution, as I don't want to have an Auria update pulled because we broke their rules.

WOW... That's one stupid rule!
Had no idea that Propellerhead was breaking it by adding a simple "Save" option window!
