Re: Bonus content link
Hey Rim,
Thanks for the Bonus content but for guys like me who already own most of the "In App" plug-ins, IR's, etc..., I guess we already have this Bonus content installed?
In addition... I already registered the Auria app a while back when I first purchased it.
Why am I being asked to register it again?
It also looks like a "3rd party" (Simply Cast) is handling the registration info.
I hope my info is not being "sold" off.
Who is 'Simply Cast' in relationship to WaveMachine Labs/Auria?
iPad with Retina display (4th Generation, Wi-Fi, 128GB), iOS 7 (7.0.2)
Thanks!

Re: Bonus content link
Good question Rockbox. I'm optimistic that it is just a necessary DL mirror site. No conspiracy inklings here.
My problem is how to get them into Auria through iTunes. Multiple subdirectories? I have my own home made IR's that I would like to add as well.
I know how to do basic transfers, but this is a bit different... I think.
I've read Rim's we'll written tutorial for basic transfers, but I can be a bit dense at times... Okay, most of the time.
A step by step (advanced) iTunes file sharing guide would be helpful for me at least. Rim has a much better way of describing these tasks than the big Apple does.
I mean, just look at how well Apple wrote the IAA users manual for us. (Sorry, I couldn't resist)
And of course, thank you Wavemachinelabs for so much hard work, and ingenuity.

Re: Bonus content link
Simplycast is just the service we use to manage our mailing list. They don't do anything but maintain lists for companies (they don't sell or give away lists).
This is the first time we've asked for users to register, so you wouldn't have been able to registered previously. Maybe you're thinking of the forum here?
To install the files after you download them, just do this:
1. Open iTunes on your computer
2. Select your iPad in the upper-right corner of iTunes
3. Click the "Apps" tab along the top of the display
4. Find "Auria" under the File Sharing section and select it
5. Drag and drop the "bonus.zip" file onto the Auria Documents window (or alternatively use the "Add..." button below the Auria Documents window)
6. Close, then re-open Auria. The next time Auria starts, it will automatically uncompress and install your bonus content into the Loops and IR Files folders.

Ok... Could of sworn I've registered before!
Over & out...
Re: Bonus content link
New user here, so maybe I've missed this before.
I downloaded the bonus.zip file to my MAC. Followed the instructions in the email for moving it to the iPAD in iTunes. But, it won't drag and drop into the file sharing Auria documents window. And, if I use the add button, it just keeps drilling down to the individual files in the folders.
What have I missed? I guess it's an iTunes/iPad setting?
thanks.
Iain.

Re: Bonus content link
Make sure you're selecting the zip file itself, not the folder after it's been uncompressed. It's possible that your Mac automatically unzipped the zip file and deleted the zip. If that's the case, just zip it again (choose "Compress"). iTunes doesn't allow copying folders onto an iPad.

Perfect. Thanks.
Re: Bonus content link
Ah, drag and drop. That sounds easy.
I wasted over 4 hours trying, and retrying, to create folders and stuff like that.
I should probably apologize to iTunes after all the nasty things I called it on Saturday.

Re: Bonus content link
As an alternative, I recommend downloading iFunBox. It's much easier to use than iTunes, and works with folders as well as files. Plus, it's free.

Re: Bonus content link
Does the file get downloaded automatically after registration?
Re: Bonus content link
The file is provided in an e-mail link. Once you get the e-mail, you just download the file then copy it to Auria's Documents folder using either iFunBox or iTunes.

I registered yesterday and confirmed email but did not receive email with download link.

Re: Bonus content link
If you don't receive a link right away (within minutes), just use the manual link at the top of this thread.
