iPad Pro 9.7 and Auria spills off the page?

Post by sELF » Tue Nov 15, 2016 7:38 pm

Just installed, then upgraded to Auria Pro on my new 9.7... The mixer and all settings pages etc, fall off the right off the screen? I can only access the top, left half of the screen? Weird. Haven't found this on my search of the forum? I turned the iPad off and checked my settings. Very strange. Help

I don't have a 9.7 inch Pro here for testing, but it should work the same as older 9.7 inch iPads (same resolution). Have you tried flipping the screen portrait or landscape, to see if it makes a difference? Also, do you have iPad Pro optimizations enabled in the settings or are they off?

Hi Rim. Much respect as ever, for your work and creation! And for you flipping fast response. :)

I have tried both portrait and landscape. That normally fixes many problems on my 12.9" Pro. iPad Pro optimisations are on. I can only guess that this is because the 9.7" structure I setup, was created from an iPad 12.9" backup, from my other iPad(¿) Perhaps iOS has backed up, and reproduced setup data from a different iPad Pro ? Is delete and re-install the only way to enlightenment?

That must be the issue. Please try to delete and reinstall Auria. It's likely that Auria still thinks it's running on the larger Pro.

The problem was caused by installing Auria to a 9.7" Pro, from a 12.9" copy. New install fixed it!

@instinctive, very funny ;) it's a little deeper than that actually. I found the issue.
