Exporting to Reaper|ProTools

For future reference: How do I export my individual tracks to Reaper or Protools. Also, when I export individual tracks, will the tracks line up properly into the DAW?

I've seen the options but all I see is exporting to DropBox or Soundcloud as one mixed track and not separated.

Starting on page 80 of the manual. AAF Import/Export.
