I rather liked that. Nice one.
Thanks AJ
Nice QOTSA cover by the way - That's one of my favorite songs on the new album.
I checked out your song Scapegoat too - very cool - reminded me of AltJ and Jeff Buckley.
Cheers!

...I probably should have mentioned (since this is a recording and mixing forum) that we are a two-piece garage rock band (no bass) so we try to create a full balanced sound with just guitar and drums.

Here's my first auria production I am satisfied with at the moment. Just a simple rock riff with MoReVox drum tacks, bass and guitar sent in through line 6 pod.
https://soundcloud.com/rogerj1/rock-1-master-auria
Please critique and send suggestions! I still think the guitars are muddy but I may have done a better job with a cleaner tone.
Thanks!

Guitar sounds pretty good this end
it's bloody hard to get a good recorded distorted Guitar tone (especially lead)
Well I find it hard anyway

So, heres a SUPER rough demo track of the upcoming album. Mind you, its not edited, mixed, mastered, etc...its completely raw so thats why it sounds like garbage right now but its just to give you a taste of what the album will feel like. Also, there are no vocals yet since I'm stuck on writing lyrics and havent found a great vocalist but all the melodies are laid out already. Its very quick snippets tied together of the first 4 songs.

Hi Everyone,
Computer power -
https://soundcloud.com/shay-peleg/bitxor
This track is dedicated to all those old and powerful computers we had as children, which helped us move from beeping green screen to colorful stereo music making (long before modern PC and its sound-cards
).
Commodore & Atari.
BeatMaker, Magellan, SunRizer, iMini.
Mixed via Auria
Electronic music with the IPad is a joy
Regards,
Shay
