Looking for modern/electronic drums

Post by iamcharlmusic » Wed Apr 27, 2016 4:07 am

I was wondering if anybody knows of a drumkit that has nice r&b/electronic sounds. If its Audiobus compatible please let me know of the app name!

I saw a drum app called patterning a few days ago which looks pretty good, I haven't used it myself yet but it does look pretty cool

Have you checked out the ones that come with Lyra in Auria Pro, if you have Auria Pro?

If you ask on the AudioBus forum, you'll get a million answers. DrumPerfect Pro also seems to be popular.

For the R&B, hip-hop, electro, etc sounds, I would highly recommend Diode-108.

It's cheap, easy to use, and audiobus compatible. Best of all, it's a really fun little app. :D
iPad Air 2 64, Scarlett 18i8, Auria, etc.

For modern drums i use That Sound drum samples. I also like Goldbaby's samples although they are mostly from classic drum machines. Some of which sound surprisingly modern. Both of those companys put out excellent samples. I use Impc Pro to trigger them.
