Anyone gone 3gen iPad to 4gen iPad due to Auria?

I am also keenly awaiting the iPad 5 although i currently have an iPad 4 which is great! I understand how the improved processor in the 4 vs the 1,2 & 3 helps us to get more out of Auria, but isn't more RAM the thing we really need the most? I'm hoping for at least a doubling of RAM. Please Apple!!! I'm looking to go to an iPad only recording setup in the not too distant future.

Atleast 2gb RAM is a given. Going with 1gb again would just be...weird. They could pack even more RAM, but hardware manufacturers with closed systems always skimp out on the RAM for some reason. Logic not being one of them, from a consumer perspective.
