OK, I understand. Yes, you should be able to disable the hardware monitoring in your Focusrite by using the MixControl software. As long as you save the configuration using Mixcontrol, it should remember this configuration, even when the power is off.

Re: Monitoring and focusrite Scarlett mix control
You're right. Hardware monitoring with USB audio devices is tricky on an iPad, since there's no "control panel" for the USB device on an iPad, so you can't easily adjust the monitor levels. Your workaround is a good idea, and that's what the Focusrite engineers recommended as well. I didn'...

Re: Memory warning and crash
Are you sure all your apps are closed in the background? The reason I ask is because it's a common perception that if you reboot your iPad, your background apps all close, but this is not the case. Here's how to check if anything else is running: 1. Double-click on the home button 2. If you see anyt...

Re: Can't select regions in track 1 or 2, and they aren't lo
Do you have that track's view selector set to "Audio" or are you viewing automation? When you're viewing automation, you can't move regions, or operate the trim/fade handles.

Re: File management features request and some AAF questions
A direct to Mac/PC link is going to take a while to implement, but it's a great idea. I'll keep this one on the list for a future update for sure.

It's possible. We're working with several plug-in vendors, but can't get into specifics yet.

Re: Any midi planned?
Most definitely. MIDI along with virtual instruments will appear in a future Auria version. I don't have any time estimate now, but we're working on it.

Re: Drumagog
After downloading, are you able to open Drumagog? (it's located in the plug-in list on every track). There should also be a folder called Gog Files present on Auria's main folder, and this will have several subfolders in it with gog files. You can look for this folder by using Auria's "Import A...

Re: Drumagog in Auria
Drumagog needs drums to already be on your tracks. It will not generate it's own drum tracks. It's used for replacing already recorded drums with other drum sounds.

Re: Drumagog
Did you let the entire Drumagog download complete when you purchased it? It's a large download (about 300MB). After it downloads, it will uncompress, which takes a little while. Once the progress bar is finished, you should be able to use it. however, you'll need to close Drumagog (completely remove...

Re: Using the Presonus 1818vsl
Good to hear. I have no idea when they're going to release the update. Someone from Presonus called last week to reconfirm some things with me. They didn't have any info about a date. My suggestion is to ask both Presonus and Focusrite about this. The more requests they get, the faster they'll relea...

Re: Echo goes to 14.99 ??
Yes, Echo is very easy to set. It's a bug that we noticed late in the beta (in StereoChorus and StereoDelay). It's on PSP's list to fix in a future update, but we don't have it from them yet. They have fixed this bug already in Echo.

Re: Echo goes to 14.99 ??
Believe me, it's worth it. Echo's a great plug-in.
Plug-in vendors get to set their own prices for plug-ins, so you'll have to ask PSP - I'm not sure.
