I think that is telling you that the device has not implemented input gain changing from the host unfortunately.

I would ask what plugins are used in the project. I had a similar problem last year and it was related to an AUv3 that was in my project. It required the plugin's developer to fix something (which he did).

For the past week or so (give or take a few days), I get warnings from browsers when visiting auriaapp.com that it appears to be falsely identifying itself. I imagine this has something to do with the web host configuration or site certificate or something. RIM, I'd recommend looking into it.
