Re: Major Auria Announcement

@Ohmnoise, I notice you have ReTune on the bottom of your subprofile. Do you find that it works ok for you? Hi King, Late but not forgotten answer. ReTune is very cpu-hungry and increase the latency a little bit. If I play bass first into JamUp and than into Auria with channelstrip-insert I can hea...

Re: Major Auria Announcement

Dear Rim,

please take the time you need to do it right, nobody likes to have a kinda "Beta 2.0"-software.
And please consider the next coming iPad-product, which will have a bigger screen available.

Cheers

Re: Monitor speakers connected to headphonejack ipad

Your iRig has only 1 input and delivers its signal digital to the iOS-Device like iPad. In this scenarium you should go out with an headphone-connector to the mixer, same cable like you did with your old computer-sound card to your HiFi. Put Auria into low latency-mode, via Menu - Settings - Record ...

Re: Alesis io Dock II

Yes you can make more tracks, up to 24/48 mono/stereo in Auria. Just go to MENU and there go to INPUT MATRIX and change the setting from Input 1 and 2 to track 3 and 4 and so on ... And have fun!

Re: EQ a thin Vocal?

To double the track came into my mind too in the first moment. Another trick to let sound a thin vocal more thick is to add a little lower pitch-FX, like ReTune can do. If you like to have your vocal in the centre of the panorama, just copy the vocal track without any delay and add into inserts the ...

Re: Entry-level interface info needed

If you need a portable and battery powered interface check Behringer iS202: http://www.behringer.com/EN/Products/iS202.aspx Connected via a full loaded car battery, 12 volt, you should be able to work for several days nonstop. But I recommend you to listen it before, because the sound of Behringers ...

Re: WiFi drives: Anyone tried them yet?

Thx for the quick answer! Thinking about an old Mac mini, because my apple g5 with OS 10.49 does not work anymore with necessary iTunes-versions. For a longer support with iTunes, does anybody knows which Mac mini (year) would be good enough if I only use the mini for iTunes and storages the auria p...

Re: WiFi drives: Anyone tried them yet?

After too much time tinkering and researching I gave up with further hacking of the goflex drive. Somebody with a little more ability might have got it to work, but it was beyond me. Next I researched into rolling my own dropbox server proxy thing to make auria 'think' it's dropbox transfer was to ...
