Okay, looks like I may go with ios 6.0.1....
However, I have a LOT of music apps. I would hate to cripple any of them. Does anybody have problems with any particular music app on ios 6.0.1?

Pretty much completely unusable. See my ios version below. All settings and track counts set to what should be less intensive cpu settings.
