Re: Where is the metronome setting?
Ah ha! Yes, thank you. I haven't really gotten into the edit functions too much yet, and I thought from the manual that it was in the settings.

Where is the metronome setting?
Ok, I feel kind of dumb asking this, and sometimes things are right in front of me in the fridge and I can't find them.. But where is the metronome setting? The manual says it's under settings, but I don't see it in any sub menu. When I click on the timer, I see I can turn it on and off, but I can't...

I agree 100%! Happy holidays to you!Manimpretty wrote:I use an audiobox 1818vsl, and 8 mics. Acoustic kit. Set the metronome and hit record. That's really all there is to it.
So much faster and easier to just play the part rather than try to create and import from some app.

Re: Recording drums in stereo
For a stereo signal in the Griffin StudioConnect has a 1/8" stereo jack so the signals are unbalanced.(Line level) I can't remember if the input matrix sees it as 2 mono sources or 1 stereo pair. The sound quality through the 1/8" jack sounds fine to me. No tonal coloration that I can tel...

Re: Recording drums in stereo
Thank you both Mike and Rim for the fast and excellent responses. I would be using this mainly to make recordings of cover songs for my band for CD Promo kits. Since we already have a main mixer, as well as a sub-mixer for the drums, I don't think we need to invest in an expensive multi-channel inte...

Re: Recording drums in stereo
I looked at those, and was hoping that it would be that simple. Just to clarify: I buy and install Auria, then one of the interfaces that has two inputs (or a stereo input) and two outputs, and when I plug in my electronic kit and open Auria, it will be able to record the drums in stereo if I use tw...

Recording drums in stereo
Hi, I'm new here. I have not purchased Auria yet, but I am considering it. I currently have GarageBand for ipad, and amplitube, and I'm not really happy with either one for my uses. I have an ipad 2. I'm looking for a way to record the stereo signal of the drums, via either an electronic kit, or a m...
